Empire Group's flagship jewellery store in Queensland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to drive sales, mentor staff, and deliver premium customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager, lead by example on the shop floor, and ensure flawless store operations.

With a passion for luxury brands and strong communication, you'll develop the team, guide visual merchandising, manage stock, and help achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail leadership role such as Assistant Manager or Team Leader.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and experiences.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and presentation standards in premium retail.
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and sales targets.
• A genuine appreciation for luxury jewellery and premium brands.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
• Lead, coach and motivate a high-performing retail team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and personalised service.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and team targets.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Manage stock control, inventory and security procedures.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Provide leadership as the second-in-charge of the store.
