Job summary

Empire Group, a luxury jewellery retailer, seeks an experienced Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to join their team. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead a motivated team, and ensure premium customer service on the shop floor.

You will guide daily operations, manage stock, and support visual merchandising while maintaining brand standards and exceptional presentation. This is a leadership role within a well-established retailer.

The Opportunity

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, inspire the team, and ensure every customer receives the premium service the brand is renowned for. You will lead by example on the shop floor, support day-to-day operations, and step into leadership responsibilities whenever required.
