Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all guest room reservation enquiries professionally, over email and phone.
• Contribute to sales by converting enquiries into bookings.
• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate teams.
• Process hotel food & beverage outlet reservations.
• Assist with In-Room Dining orders for hotel guests.
