• Experience leading Front Office in a quality hotel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office operation and position the hotel as a market leader.
• Create tailored guest experiences through proactive engagement.
• Oversee VIP arrivals, special requests and complex guest situations.
• Lead and develop Duty Managers, Supervisors and Front Office Ambassadors.
• Oversee Night Audit and ensure smooth hotel-wide operations.
• Prepare monthly Front Office reports and participate in budgeting.
