Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Canberra is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team, delivering courteous, professional service while setting rooms and serving guests in a luxury hotel environment.

You will support the team in daily operations, maintain brand standards, and provide exceptional guest service, with RSA certification and flexibility to work weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel F&B environment or similar fast-paced setting.
• Valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
• Superior customer service with the ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Ability to maintain 5-star grooming standards and make a strong first impression.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, stock, and present beverages and food items according to recipes and standards.
• Take and deliver orders to guests, including room service when required.
• Bus tables and retrieve trays from guest rooms as needed.
• Set up and break down food service areas, ensuring brand standards are met.
• Deliver brand promise and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations.
