Job summary

The Star Brisbane is seeking a Chief Concierge to lead the Concierge and Bell Services teams, directing luxury hospitality for guests from arrival to departure. Reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager, you will ensure seamless, memorable service and uphold the highest standards.

You will manage a 30+ member team, drive service excellence, and build strong relationships with VIP guests and partners, delivering expert local knowledge and personalized experiences in a world-class setting.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in luxury hotel concierge or similar department.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage VIP events.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Concierge team.
• Develop and manage a high-performing Concierge and Bell Services team of over 30 members.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through world-class service and attention to detail.
• Oversee VIP arrivals, departures and events to ensure flawless execution.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and luxury service providers.
• Provide expert local knowledge, travel assistance, reservations and recommendations.
• Coach, mentor and manage performance to drive service excellence.
• Maintain standards and records; monitor guest feedback and drive improvements.
