Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in luxury retail or service-led environments, with a client-first approach, multilingual abilities, and a readiness to work across weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Training in history and craft is provided, with commissions on sales and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, aviation, or another service-led environment.

• Welcome every client as a guest, creating a personal, memorable experience.
• Share the craft and heritage behind our creations with confident product knowledge.
• Anticipate needs and tailor guidance to each client.
• Begin building lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-up.
• Contribute to boutique sales and service goals with a client-first mindset.
• Uphold the Maison’s standards of boutique presentation.
• Support operations with attention to detail, stock care and security procedures.
• Collaborate as part of an inclusive, high-performing team.
