Qualifikationen

• Completion of secondary education or above.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in retail; luxury experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Enthusiastically achieve and exceed individual sales targets and Boutique objectives through selling techniques, excellent client service, clientele development, and comprehensive product knowledge.
• Identify and anticipate clients' needs and expectations, ensuring successful sales transactions.
• Advise clients across all product categories and apply cross-selling strategies to maximise sales potential.
• Build strong collaboration with the team to contribute to overall sales and Boutique objectives.
• Provide an excellent client experience, warm welcome, and proactive engagement; arrange private appointments for key clients; deliver after-sale service and manage client inquiries; regularly update client information in Be Dior; participate in in-store and external events.
