Job summary

Cartier is seeking an Operations & Hospitality Manager to lead boutique operations for the SEAO region, reporting to the Boutique Director. The role focuses on optimizing performance, profitability, and client experience while cultivating a high-performing, client-centric team that upholds Maison standards.

You will drive daily operations, recruit and mentor the team, maintain brand image and hospitality excellence, oversee stock and digital tools, and ensure compliance and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in luxury retail operations and hospitality management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong focus on client journeys and service excellence.
• Track record of driving operational efficiency and compliance.
• Experience implementing digital tools and processes in retail.

Responsibilities

• Drive 360° Boutique Daily Operations: optimize staff scheduling, improve processes, and ensure safety.
• Lead and mentor the team, promote Cartier principles, and develop learning priorities.
• Maintain brand image and hospitality standards through visual displays and client experiences.
• Manage stock, inventory, back-of-house, and loss prevention strategies.
• Oversee compliance, maintenance, and use of digital tools to support operations.
