Job summary

Dutton Automotive invites enthusiastic individuals to join the Sales Trainee – QLD development program. You will rotate across Albion, Southport and Underwood, learning the full sales cycle from customer engagement to closing, with hands-on coaching from experienced leaders.

The six-month program focuses on building skills in customer needs assessment, product knowledge, and relationship management, aiming for a long-term career in automotive retail within the Dutton One Queensland network.

Qualifications

• No prior automotive sales experience required; attitude and potential to learn are valued.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to rotate across multiple locations and learn the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the Road to a Sale (RTAS) process across dealer locations.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and match to vehicles.
• Participate in rotations between Albion, Southport and Underwood locations.
• Develop relationships and prospect new customer opportunities.
• Support dealership operations and comply with processes.
