Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Perth is seeking a Porter Valet to assist guests, direct vehicle flow, and park/retrieve guest cars at our luxury hotel on Barrack Street. You will also assist with luggage handling and provide information on local amenities and hours of operation.

Key requirements include RSA certification, I’m Alert Food Safety Certification, an unrestricted WA Driver’s Licence, and a genuine passion for customer service with strong local knowledge. Australian work rights are essential.

Qualifications

• RSA certification from a nationally accredited provider.
• Food Safety Certification (I’m Alert or equivalent).
• Unrestricted WA Driver’s Licence.
• Strong knowledge of the local area.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Unrestricted working rights for Australia.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor vehicle traffic on the property for smooth flow.
• Park and retrieve guest cars to and from designated areas.
• Provide directions and information about amenities, services, hours, and local areas.
