Job summary

Qualifications

• Hospitality background or front‑of‑house experience.
• Experience in premium or luxury settings is preferred.
• Strong communication with a wide range of people, including senior stakeholders.
• Organised and able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to tenants, visitors and stakeholders in premium commercial buildings.
• Manage visitor arrivals, access passes and front‑of‑house processes.
• Handle tenant and visitor enquiries with discretion and efficiency.
• Support building events, activations and community experience initiatives.
• Assist with meeting room and flexible workspace coordination as required.
• Collaborate with onsite property, facilities and security teams.
