Inigo Cosmetic in Queensland, Albion, Australia is seeking a part‑time or full‑time Receptionist with outstanding interpersonal skills for a premium aesthetics clinic environment.

You will be the first point of contact, handling bookings, patient flow, and client experience across surgical and non-surgical services. The role offers varied daily duties and opportunities to learn new skills within a luxury clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Previous reception experience essential, preferably in medical/cosmetic/day spa/beauty fields.
• Knowledge of cosmetic surgery industry highly regarded
• Good grammar, spelling, arithmetic, and Grade 12 education
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Mailchimp
• Experience using clinic management software (Cliniko/Phorest) and Xero is beneficial
• Confidence using cameras and social media
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Outgoing, friendly phone manner; honesty and reliability essential

Responsibilities

• Reception duties: answer phone enquiries, monitor emails, book patients, greet patients, monitor patient flow, follow clinic protocols, filing, cashiering/end of day accounts.
• Patient photography - 2D and 3D.
• Sales: engage with clients about services and products; encourage bookings.
• Maintain scheduling; monitor waitlists and call lists.
• Stocktake and product orders.
• Treatment room setup and turnover; prepare clients for treatments.
• Setup clients on body contouring machines and LED; assist where needed.
• Share in basic clinic cleaning tasks.
