Job summary

Weber Blackstone is hiring a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment in a busy facility. You will pull products from inventory, palletize, label shipments, and help maintain safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, warehouse experience, basic WMS understanding, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Forklift experience is preferred, as is familiarity with lean 5S practices. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Pulls product from inventory and palletizes orders for shipments
• Labels products for shipping as instructed by supervisor
• Takes an active role in the quality control process
• Applies shrink wrap, marks pallets, and stages shipments as instructed by supervisor
• Wears proper PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Maintains safe work practices as instructed by management
• Keeps facility clean and debris free
• Other duties as assigned
• Boxes and processes orders
• Maintain efficient speeds and 5S standards
• Follow all Handbook Policies
• Professional interactions with incoming/outgoing shifts
