Job summary

CXC is seeking a software professional to design, develop, test and deploy business applications using modern low-code platforms. You will translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions and build integrations with internal and external systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders, owners and technical teams to deliver value, troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, maintain documentation and contribute to Agile ceremonies while upholding security and performance

Qualifications

Experience developing applications using a low-code platform or modern application development framework.
Understanding of software development principles, application design and system integrations.
Experience working with REST APIs and web services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with cloud-based applications and modern development practices.
Background in .NET, Java, C#, or other enterprise application technologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test and deploy business applications using modern low-code platforms.
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable and user-friendly solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems through APIs and web services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
Ensure applications are secure, reliable and perform optimally.
Support testing, deployment and release activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across development processes and platforms.
