Job summary

XPT Software Australia is seeking an experienced Appian Developer to join our Melbourne team. You will design, develop, and implement complex business applications on the Appian Low‑Code Platform, building process models, SAIL interfaces, and data structures to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders in Agile delivery teams, providing technical leadership, troubleshooting production issues, and coaching junior developers to deliver high‑quality

Qualifications

Experience building enterprise apps on Appian Low‑Code Platform.
Strong understanding of Appian components: SAIL interfaces, process models, and data structures.
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and databases.
Experience working in Agile delivery teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement complex business applications using Appian Low‑Code Platform.
Build and configure process models, SAIL interfaces, business rules, integrations, and data structures to meet business requirements.
Integrate Appian with external systems, APIs, and databases while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders in Agile delivery teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot production issues, perform code reviews, and mentor junior Appian developers.
