Job summary

Trippas White Group is seeking an experienced Lounge Supervisor for our Sydney domestic airport lounge. The role focuses on leading a team, delivering exceptional guest service, and maintaining safety and standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in hospitality, a supervisory background, and solid MS Office skills. Availability for early starts and reliable attendance are essential for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• RSA/ Food Safety Supervisor certificate preferred.
• Security check to receive ASIC Pass required.
• Minimum 3 years hospitality/guest services experience in a busy environment.
• Minimum 1 year supervisor or management experience.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise lounge operations at Sydney domestic airport.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and experience.
• Uphold food safety and service standards on site.
• Provide on-the-job training and guide a team.
• Represent TWG with professionalism and a positive attitude.

We are currently seeking a Lounge Supervisor to join our teams at Sydney domestic Airport.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A working understanding of food safety standards, Current RSA Certificate - Food Safety Supervisor Cert highly regarded.
• You will require a security check to be able to successfully receive an ASIC Pass as a condition of successful employment.
• Min 3 years Hospitality/Guest Services Experience in a busy environment.
• Min 1 year supervisor or management experience.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Great personal grooming, presentation, and a confident and pleasant manner
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Lounge is open 7 days per week from 4.30 am – 10.30pm.
• Suit someone preferring early starts but also has flexible availability.
