Job summary

St Clare's Catholic High School, Hassall Grove is seeking a dedicated LOTE Teacher with a secondary Key Learning Area to join our dynamic team starting in Term 1, 2027. This is an ongoing full-time position.

You will contribute to a contemporary education that challenges students to grow academically, socially and spiritually, employing proven teaching strategies, differentiating instruction and using technology to support learning.

Qualifications

• Extensive pedagogical knowledge base and understanding of how the identified subject areas are learned and how learning can be enhanced.
• Ability to differentiate learning to cater for students needs to maximise learning.
• Sound understanding of learning environments, lesson plans, use of technology, teaching practices and assessment feedback.

Responsibilities

• Teach LOTE with a secondary Key Learning Area and contribute to a dynamic teaching team.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Plan and deliver lessons, assess learning and provide timely feedback.
