Job summary

Catalyst Metals Ltd in Western Australia is seeking a Long Hole Driller to operate Sandvik long hole production drills, drill to tight tolerances, and work closely with geology and engineering to execute designed stopes.

You will join a safety‑driven team on a growing underground operation, with development pathways, rostered days off site, and opportunities to contribute beyond your core role as the mine expands toward 2.2 Mtpa.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Proven experience operating long hole production drills.
• Understanding of ring design and drilling accuracy requirements.
• Experience in remnant or technically complex stoping environments (desirable).
• Current Manual C-Class Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Operate long hole production drill rigs.
• Drill production rings in accordance with design specifications.
• Maintain drilling accuracy to minimise overbreak and dilution.
• Conduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Collaborate with charge-up and technical teams to ensure stope readiness.
