Qualifications

• Experience editing long-form YouTube or digital content.
• Advanced Premiere Pro skills; After Effects a bonus.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, color, and sound design.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos (multi-cam, multi-audio).
• Craft engaging, high-retention edits (pacing, storytelling, sound design).
• Cut, trim and arrange footage; add graphics, titles, transitions, SFX, music.
• Collaborate with The Boys and production team on content.
• Contribute ideas and help evolve formats.
• Keep pace with YouTube trends to boost engagement.
