Austal Defence Australia (ADA) is seeking a Warehousing and Office Administrator to provide essential admin support across warehouse, logistics and office operations in Western Australia.

You will work closely with the Warehousing & Logistics team to keep records accurate, process documentation, support inventory activities and assist with day-to-day operations in a busy environment. This role offers exposure to administration, logistics and supply chain functions within Austal.

Formación

• Previous experience in an administration, customer service or support role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and maintain information within business systems and databases.
• Support warehouse receipting, delivery and inventory documentation.
• Assist with stocktake preparation and administrative activities.
• Process purchase requisitions, invoices and general paperwork.
• Coordinate office supplies, resources and administrative requirements.
• Provide support to warehouse, logistics and operational teams as required.
