Sharp & Carter is recruiting a Logistics Manager for a large FMCG business in Melbourne. You will own service level performance across the ANZ network, manage 3PL and in-house operations, and shape the future logistics function during a major transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics in FMCG or similarly complex supply chains.
• Proven ability to manage 3PLs and in-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive service level performance across the ANZ logistics network with 3PL partners and in-house teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party providers and hold them to performance standards.
• Support and contribute to supply chain transformation and network redesign projects across ANZ.
• Identify and implement improvements to visibility, resilience, and efficiency.
• Analyse performance data and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
