Job summary

ULA Group is seeking a Logistics and Procurement Coordinator to manage inbound logistics, costing and procurement across Australia and New Zealand. You will work with our Inventory Manager to coordinate customs clearance and supplier communications for LED screens, film and entertainment lighting products.

The role focuses on importing into our warehouse network, data entry in Oracle NetSuite and maintaining strong supplier relationships across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Procurement and Logistics or similar role
• Expert in managing inbound shipments and customs processes
• Costing experience
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred. ERP experience essential
• Vast knowledge of inbound shipping, logistics and freight forwarders
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in dealing with multiple overseas suppliers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
• This is a full-time position based at our new Gold Coast headquarters in Arundel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all import logistics into our network of warehouses and customers across Australia and New Zealand.
• Product costing and accurately entering data into Oracle NetSuite
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders and transport companies to ensure inventory is delivered promptly and efficiently.
• Customs clearance processes, duties, and compliance with import regulations for inbound stock.
• Resolve logistics issues, delays, and escalations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain good working relationships with overseas suppliers to enable timely procurement of products
• Raise and manage purchase orders with international suppliers
• Follow up on supplier order confirmations, production timelines and dispatch schedules
• Track pricing, lead times and supplier performance
• Working closely with Warehouse and Service Departments to ensure required products are readily available
• Produce inventory and shipping reports, costing and price lists
• Creating and maintaining product listings in the NetSuite ERP system
• Work closely with all departments
• Ad hoc inventory related tasks

THE ROLE

You will be part of our growing team, responsible for inbound logistics, costing and procurement. This important role ensures inventory is ordered and shipped in an efficient manner. The Logistics and Procurement Coordinator works closely with the Inventory Manager to manage the procurement, inbound shipping, customs clearance and communication with our overseas suppliers across the ULA Group's world-renowned stable of LED screens, film and entertainment lighting products.
