Carroll Consulting Group is seeking a senior procurement and supply chain leader to drive an end-to-end strategy for international 3PL sites and the broader business. You will influence leadership, implement strategic frameworks, and optimize forecasting, inventory, and freight documentation in a high-precision engineering environment.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage supplier relationships, and champion lean principles while delivering tangible improvements to global operations.

Qualifications

• We seek an end-to-end procurement and supply chain professional with international experience.
• BOM complexity and version control experience is preferred.
• Background in strategic sourcing, forecasting, warehousing and logistics in a high precision engineering or technical environment.

Responsabilités

• Strategic supply chain review and global expansion support.
• Negotiate and manage suppliers, including 3PL partners.
• Develop and implement supply chain systems and processes.
• Forecasting and inventory management to meet demand and reduce obsolescence.
• Oversee international freight documentation and compliance.
• Ensure compliance and adoption of best practices across the supply chain.
• Lead, motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide operational oversight of end-to-end supply chain activities.

About the role

High impact role. This ‘end to end’ influencing role is required to support the development and growth of the organisations overseas 3PL site whilst creating a strategic supply chain framework across the wider business. You will be working with and become part of an engaged and passionate leadership team.

Skills & experience

We seek an end-to-end procurement and supply chain professional with international experience. A background with BOMs complexity and version control. You will have demonstratable experience across strategic sourcing, forecasting, warehousing and logistics in a high precision engineering or technical environment. Bringing a collaborative ‘hands on’ and coaching demeanour, you will be able to guide and influence internal and external parties that do not necessarily report directly to this role.

• Procurement and supply chain management in a technical environment such as automotive, aeronautical or precision engineering - BOMs and version controls
• International experience working collaboratively with 3PL sites
• International logistics, documentation and freight forwarder management
• Demonstratable experience operationalising an end-to-end supply chain framework
• Strategic sourcing
• Inventory management
• Warehousing and logistics
• Advanced analytical skills using MRP in a manufacturing environment (Acumatica, SAP, JDE)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exposure to warehousing / inventory 5s and lean principles
• Industry body experience such as CIPS or APICS is sought, also degree qualifications will be seen favourable, but more importantly will be your relevant background and experience
