Heidelberg Materials is recruiting a Customer Service & Logistics Planner (Allocator) for our Brisbane team. You will join a busy Customer Service Centre, delivering reliable service and coordinating logistics to support our network of assets and customers.
The role involves flexible hours, including occasional Saturday work, and training to grow into a logistics allocator position within our supportive, team‑oriented environment.
The role: We are looking for reliable and conscientious individuals with a passion for customer service who are eager to learn and develop into one of our logistics allocator roles, as part of our friendly Customer Service Centre team located in Brisbane. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, your team are responsible for delivering a high level of customer service and logistics expertise. You pride yourself on delivering remarkable customer service and great results, to help ensure we are planning towards the perfect day for our customers.
Our modern open plan office, based in the Skygate Precinct - Brisbane Airport is bustling with energy, coffee machines and a fun team centric working environment. We have a large carpark for staff onsite, as well as end of trip facilities, so no need to worry about parking or public transport.
We celebrate our staff milestones with regular morning teas and lunches, hold fun social activities throughout the year. We are focused on the health and wellbeing of our team through activities such as fitness initiatives, mental health check-ins, charity fundraising and fresh fruit deliveries to name a few.
Shifts are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, however, you will need to flexible to work between 4am - 7pm as these are the businesses operational hours, and occasionally we will need you to cover these times (with notice).
This is a full-time permanent position; you will also be working 1 in 3 Saturdays.
