Job summary

On is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support and optimise our in-country logistics network across Melbourne. You will act as the primary operational liaison for our 3PL distribution partners, driving continuous process improvements and cost alignment, ensuring timely delivery from shipment to final destination.

Qualifications

Proven logistics experience with 3PL management, ERP systems (D365) and inventory control.
Strong budgeting, cost tracking and analytics capabilities for accurate invoicing.
Continuous improvement mindset with ability to document SOPs and reduce variability.
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Distribution Planning & Execution: define seasonal capacity and drive KPI projects to improve OTIF and cost savings.
Outbound Governance & Reporting: maintain visibility over shipments, perform RCA/CAPA with 3PLs, manage carrier selection.
Process Optimization & Financial Management: document SOPs, manage logistics budgets, audit 3PL invoices for accuracy.
