Job summary

Vinpac Angaston, part of Endeavour Group, is seeking a Logistics Operator for a full-time role in the Barossa region. You will operate forklifts, manage storage and ensure swift handling of freight, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Join a collaborative team working across Vinpac’s facilities in the Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale wine regions, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and positive customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Hold a current LF High Risk Licence.
• Be willing to work a three week roster with rotating shift times.
• Excellent attendance record required.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and ensure product is stored quickly and correctly.
• Scan and sort all freight daily.
• Carry out checks on MHE (Material Handling Equipment) daily.
• Follow Nexday freight portal processes and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a safe, clean workplace and contribute to team culture.
• Build positive relationships with delivery drivers and customers.
• Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Vinpac has been providing quality bottling services to a national portfolio of over 500 customers since 1975. We specialise in bottling, winemaking, bulk wine storage, laboratory services, warehousing, distribution and packaging supply.

Operating out of three facilities in the iconic Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale wine regions, our passionate team is committed to providing trusted solutions to our customers. About the role:

• Operate forklifts and ensure product is stored quickly and correctly
• Ensure all freight is scanned and sorted every day
• Work on making sure all checks are carried out on MHE (Material Handling Equipment) daily
• Ensure all Nexday (freight portal) processes and procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all team members
• Use a collaborative approach and make positive contributions to our team culture
• Work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Maintain positive relationships with delivery drivers and customers alike
