Job summary

Morse Micro seeks a Logistics & Operations Specialist to own end-to-end logistics for our Sydney head office. You will be the single point of accountability for all on-site movement, inbound/outbound shipments, and customs, while configuring NetSuite and negotiating freight to scale operations.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics, ERP/MRP experience, and the ability to partner with Finance, IT and Facilities to drive cost savings and process improvements. Based on-site in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehousing, distribution or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience and ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Comfort with the physical aspects of the role: receiving, picking and packing, put-away and stocktakes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics for Sydney head office, including inbound/outbound shipments and customs.
• Manage ERP/MRP transactions, inventory accuracy and inter-site transfers.
• Coordinate carrier selection, freight, and documentation for international shipments.
• Drive process improvement, vendor relationships and system automation.
• Serve as on-site logistics lead supporting Engineering, Sales, Finance and Facilities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
