Job summary

South32's Cannington operation in northwest Queensland seeks a Logistics Officer Processing. The role offers a 4:3 roster with FIFO from Brisbane or Townsville and DIDO from Mount Isa, Cloncurry and McKinlay Shires.

You will coordinate the Processing Department's administrative and logistical activities to support efficient operations and governance. Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding coordination, contractor mobilisation, budget and cost reporting, change management

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding and contractor mobilisation.
• Ability to compile budgets, forecasts and cost reports.
• Experience with governance, change management and document controls.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department recruitment, onboarding and contractor mobilisation.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cost reports.
• Administer change management and document approvals.
• Schedule travel, meetings and reporting packs; improve administrative workflows.
