The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in logistics or related field and 2–5 years in container operations, shipping, or depot work.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies or related field.
2–5 years of experience in equipment control, container operations or shipping/logistics.
Familiar with container shipping processes and depot operations.

Responsibilities

Check and verify expenses reported by vendors in SAP.
Prepare monthly report for A4 expenses.
Verify and process Land invoices timely; create MPO for payment.
Perform daily container operations ensuring timely movement and cost-saving measures.
Oversee logistics and container control processes; maintain records.
Update container availability dates to activate detention invoicing; data management.
Provide high-level customer service to stakeholders; resolve inquiries.
Container evacuation of surplus empties from Australia for vessel allocation.
Pursue process improvement, EDI, automation, and other electronic means.
Upload rates and maintain contract filings in SAP; monitor EDI transmission.
Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by Manager; other tasks in FCL/MNR.
