Job summary

Toll Group in Melbourne seeks a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join the Laverton North team, acting as the vital link between customers, warehouse operations and transport teams. You will ensure orders are processed accurately and communication is proactive to meet service targets.

You will manage customer inquiries, coordinate orders, resolve issues and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or logistics coordination role.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); exposure to PWMS/RAMCO or similar WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate and process customer orders accurately and on time using systems such as PWMS and RAMCO.
• Proactively update customers on order status, stock availability and delivery timelines.
