Job summary

Linfox Armaguard Group in Essendon is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to coordinate daily logistics operations and lead a dedicated team. The role focuses on safe, efficient road services delivery, KPI achievement, and compliance with safety standards.

You will manage fleet and resource allocation, supervise staff, and liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders to deliver reliable logistics outcomes. Mon–Fri, 4:00am start.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Cash in Transit, Logistics, or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with knowledge of operations planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet, crew and resource allocation.
• Lead and support Logistics team members.
• Deliver against KPIs and service objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate logistics and consignment records.
• Manage incident reporting and escalations.
• Liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders.
