Job summary

Linfox Armaguard Group is seeking an experienced logistics professional to coordinate daily operations, fleet and crew management, and ensure safety and compliance across road services. This role reports to the Logistics Supervisor and drives KPI performance.

Based in Essendon, the position runs Monday to Friday starting at 4:00am, requiring strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement to deliver secure, reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cash in Transit, Logistics, or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detailed knowledge of operations planning and scheduling.
• Security Licence - Cash in Transit and Firearms Licence.
• Medium Rigid Heavy Vehicle Licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet, crew and resource allocation.
• Lead and support Logistics team members.
• Deliver against operational KPIs and service objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate logistics and consignment records.
• Manage incident reporting and escalations.
• Oversee road crew requalification’s.
• Liaise with subcontractors and engage key stakeholders.

What does the job look like?

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the logistics function while supporting safe and efficient road services delivery. Key areas include:

• Coordinating daily fleet, crew and resource allocation
• Leading and supporting Logistics team members
• Delivering against operational KPIs and service objectives
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Maintaining accurate logistics and consignment records
• Managing incident reporting and escalations
• Overseeing road crew requalification’s
• Liaising with subcontractors and engaging key stakeholders
