Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QlikView, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.
• Exposure to AutoCAD is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics operations by providing data‑driven insights to improve performance.
• Assist in capacity planning and the setup of new part locations.
• Analyse and follow up on logistics KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with teams to remove obsolete parts from operations.
• Work cross‑functionally on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote and implement lean principles (VPS and Volvo Operations Concept).
• Participate in regional/global logistics networks and projects.
• Ensure compliance with Volvo Group environmental, safety, and risk policies.
