Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Planner (Allocator) in Brisbane. You will join our Customer Service Centre to deliver reliable service and logistics expertise while growing within a supportive, team‑oriented culture.

The role supports planning and customer orders, with shifts 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm, occasional 4am–7pm start times, and 1 in 3 Saturdays as part of a permanent full-time position.

Qualifications

• Ability to solve problems and work collaboratively to meet daily challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and logistics support within the allocator pathway.
