Aussie Locums seeks a highly experienced Sonographer for a locum assignment in Tennant Creek, NT. Start January 2026 for 3 weeks with an on-site 50/50 general and obstetric caseload, autonomous list management, and on-call duties.

Work with Toshiba Aplio 500 and Synapse RIS, no radiologist on site, and adherence to local protocols. Travel and accommodation are covered; rate is up to AU$110 per hour plus super.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sonographer in a hospital setting.
• Strong competency across general and obstetric ultrasound with a 50/50 case mix.
• Ability to work autonomously, including managing your own patient list and prioritising urgent ED cases.
• Experience with Toshiba Aplio 500 ultrasound machines and Synapse RIS.
• Confident working without a radiologist on site and following site protocols.

Skills and Experience

• Experience working with or the ability to quickly adapt to Toshiba Aplio 500 ultrasound machines and Synapse RIS.
• Confidence working without a radiologist on site, ensuring safe, accurate scanning and adherence to site protocols and procedures.
