• Immunisations/vaccinations as required.
• References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct).
• Current AHPRA Registration is required.
