Job summary

Applicants should hold NSW hospital paperwork, NSW Health online training, immunisations, a Primary Degree, and, if applicable, a Fellowship & CPD Certificate, plus references, CRC, NSW WWCC, indemnity, Medicare provider number, ID checks and current AHPRA

Qualifications

• Credentials NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific) and NSW Health online training modules.
• Immunisations/vaccinations as required.
