Job summary

nbn is seeking an Intelligence & Enablement Lead reporting to the Senior Manager Location Data Management within the Operations Data Services team. You will drive data-driven enablement initiatives to optimise master data domains such as location, address, serviceability, boundaries and network data.

You will lead governance, deliver insights for operational and commercial decisions, build self-service reporting and data solutions, and influence stakeholders across business and technical teams

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics, governance or BI in complex data environments.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Proven track record leading improvement initiatives in operational settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead data enablement initiatives across master data domains (location, address, serviceability, boundaries, network).
• Establish governance practices and data strategies to support operational and commercial decisions.
• Develop self-service reporting and data solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across data platforms and tools.
