Queensland Country Bank Ayr branch is seeking an experienced Local Home Loan Specialist to join our friendly, supportive team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional, personalised lending support to both new and existing Members. You’ll handle a variety of lending needs, from personal and credit card loans to more complex mortgage applications, while building strong relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact. You’ll be supported by a close‑knit team that values shared success, work‑life balance and professional growth.
You’ll also support the Area Manager with business development initiatives, help manage loan processing and distribution and play a key role in coaching and mentoring staff. A vital part of the role involves leading our mortgage retention program to ensure our Ayr Members feel supported and valued throughout their lending journey.
