Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking three Local Area Marketing Partners to collaborate with pubs across Victoria. Lead marketing planning, manage budgets, and translate venue data into actionable growth strategies while partnering with operational leaders and central marketing teams.

You will drive ROI-focused campaigns, own budgets, and coordinate delivery with the LAM Delivery Team to boost footfall and revenue for ALH venues.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a dedicated marketing environment.
• Ability to translate venue, guest, and catchment data into clear commercial plans.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and ROI-focused planning.
• Hospitality industry exposure is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Publican Relationship Ownership: act as the marketing advisor to venues.

Bring your Local Area Marketing experience to partner with our venues & uncover growth

We're looking for three Local Area Marketing Partners (2 x Full Time and 1 x Part Time) to join our Local Area Marketing Team in Victoria.

As a Local Area Marketing Partner within ALH Hotels, you will report directly to the Senior Local Area Marketing Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will partner directly with publicans across a portfolio of venues to diagnose business challenges and uncover growth opportunities.

Driven by critical problem-solving, planning, and lateral thinking, you will establish short-term marketing plans to solve local venue needs.

You will collaborate closely with your manager, the local area marketing delivery team and subject matter experts in the central marketing team to refine ideas and deliver campaigns to drive customer footfall and revenue growth.

• Publican Relationship Ownership: Serve as the dedicated marketing advisor to venue Publicans-building trust, establishing accountability, and guiding commercial decision-making.
• Pub Planning: Set clear, ROI-focused marketing priorities and build tailored, long-term pub marketing plans designed to solve specific venue challenges.
• Data-Led Opportunity Diagnosis: Interrogate data to identify untapped revenue streams, demographic trends, and growth levers across your portfolio.
• Performance Review & Optimisation: Continuously evaluate campaign and venue performance against commercial targets, pivoting and refining plans based on results.
• Financial Management & Spend Discipline: Take full ownership of local venue marketing budgets, ensuring strict financial discipline, accurate tracking, and maximum return on investment.
• Delivery Orchestration: Brief, coordinate, and oversee execution requirements with the central LAM Delivery Team, leaving hands-on tactical production to the specialists.

Now let's talk about you:

• You bring 3-4 years of experience working in a dedicated marketing environment, with multi-site experience highly desired.
• Proven ability to translate venue, guest, and catchment data into clear, actionable commercial plans.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with operational leaders, Publicans, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong capability in managing marketing budgets, evaluating campaign ROI, and maintaining spend discipline.
• A proactive, self-aware team player with a growth mindset who embraces creative problem-solving and adapts effectively to dynamic environments.
• A tertiary qualification in marketing (or equivalent experience) and prior exposure to the hospitality industry are highly regarded.
