Loan Market Group is seeking a senior marketing enablement leader to empower 1,000+ broker businesses across Australasia. You will design AI-driven playbooks and tools, build self-service marketing content, and run workshops to drive adoption and local growth.

You will partner with brokers and senior stakeholders, coaching teams to lift performance while maintaining brand integrity across all suburbs. Hybrid work model and substantial leave options support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of local area marketing experience driving local growth.
• Proven business acumen to link marketing models to budgets.
• AI-first mindset with ability to build and train workflows.
• Strong change management and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills for brokers.
• Marketing degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Architect the strategic LAM framework for 500+ businesses.
• Design and implement AI-assisted workflows to speed marketing requests.
• Develop self-service marketing toolkits with brand-compliant content.
• Lead adoption through workshops, sessions, and webinars.
• Drive brand activation and local market presence postcode by postcode.
• Present at state events to educate brokers.
• Collaborate with Ray White to implement digital lead toolkit.
