You will drive adoption through workshops and webinars, collaborating across Ray White to generate more referral leads and measurable growth, with a focus on the finance/broking sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience executing strategic data-backed marketing plans.
• Strong ability to connect marketing models to budget requirements and channel insights.
• Finance/broking industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect the strategic LAM framework for 500+ businesses, prioritising AI-enabled playbooks.
• Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows to automate marketing requests.
• Develop self-service marketing toolkits for brokers with on-demand content.
• Lead adoption of marketing initiatives through workshops, sessions and webinars.
• Collaborate to implement a digital lead toolkit and farm more referral leads.
