Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Regional Loan Syndications analyst to perform financial and statistical analyses, develop comparative transactions, and support lender meetings across the US offices in Los Angeles, Newport Beach, and Denver.

You will work under senior associates, analyze financial statements, and prepare client materials while advancing your licensing (Series 79/63) with company support. Strong modeling and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
• Licensing required - Series 79 & 63; company will support registration.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; understanding of corporate financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and statistical analysis.
• Conduct research and prepare support documentation and client presentation materials.
• Development/Maintenance of Regional Loan Syndication comparative transactions.
• Assist with quarterly/periodic data reporting and analysis.
• Preparation of quarterly business updates.
• Assist with logistical and operational tasks for lender meetings and loan closings.
• Work under the direction of more senior associates.
