Job summary

Wagners seeks a Loader Operator for our Caboolture site to support concrete plant operations. You will load and move soils, gravel and debris, working with site supervisors and drivers to ensure smooth workflows.

We require a White Card, VOC capability for Front End Loader, the ability to work unsupervised, and a commitment to safe work practices. Pre-employment checks including medical, drug/alcohol and police checks are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders in construction or quarry environments.
• Commitment to safety and site procedures.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks (medical, drug/alcohol, police).

Responsibilities

• Load and move materials such as soil, gravel and debris.
• Operate Front End Loader with VOC capability.

Job description

We are seeking to add a new Loader Operator at our Caboolture site to assist in the operations of our concrete plant.

About the Role

• Up to $31.93 per hour + Penalties + Overtime + Super
• Work Monday to Friday, some Saturdays with early starts
• Load and move materials such as soil, gravel and construction debris
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors, drivers and other operators
• Adhere to all safety procedures and site regulations

About you

• VOC capability for Front End/Sales Loader
• White Card (or ability to obtain)
• Able to work unsupervised and with initiative
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
• Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks - includes Medical + Drug & Alcohol + Police Check
