Job summary

Neilsens Quality Gravels – Warril View, QLD is seeking an experienced Loader Operator / All-Rounder to join our new hard rock quarry team. You will operate front-end loaders, load trucks, assist with site development, and contribute to safe, efficient operations.

This role requires a hands-on, reliable team player with licences where required, a strong safety mindset, and the flexibility to undertake a range of quarry tasks as the operation grows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating front-end loaders, preferably in a quarry or similar environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Reliable, motivated and hands-on approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently.
• Load trucks and manage stockpiles.
• Assist with general quarry operations and site development.
• Conduct routine pre-start inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Assist with general labouring and other duties as required.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Neilsens is seeking an experienced Loader Operator / All-Rounder to join our team at our new Hard Rock Quarry at Warril View.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a new greenfield quarry operation, where no two days will necessarily be the same. With the quarry in its early stages of development, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to contribute to establishing and growing the operation while undertaking a variety of hands-on tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating front-end loaders safely and efficiently.
• Loading trucks and managing stockpiles.
• Assisting with general quarry operations and site development.
