Job summary

JBS Prime City Feedlot in southern New South Wales is seeking a motivated operator to run front end loaders and associated machinery, perform daily checks and assist with pen maintenance. The role emphasizes hygiene, safety, and equipment upkeep to support high-quality grain-fed beef production.

Candidates should have experience with loaders/machinery, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced feedlot environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating front end loaders and related machinery.
• Ability to multitask and keep equipment well maintained.
• Attention to detail and adherence to QA requirements.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front End Loaders, Tractors, Telehandlers & Rigid Trucks to repair pens and remove manure.
• Maintain pen hygiene per QA requirements.
• Perform daily pre-operational checks and assist with machinery upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with JBS Australia WHS, HR, QA, Animal Welfare & Environmental obligations.
