Job summary

QantasLink is seeking a Load Control Planner based at our Mascot operations centre. This fixed-term, part-time role focuses on forward planning, coordination and production of all loading and weight/balance documentation to meet airline specifications and customer needs.

You will engage with multiple stakeholders, work a rotating shift roster, and complete initial and ongoing training to ensure safe aircraft loading and optimal cargo usage.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on arotating shift roster.
• Strong time and workload prioritisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Analytical and mathematical thinking.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities under pressure.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexible to changes in timeframes and environment.
• Experience in Aviation, Customer Service or Operational settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities
