Job summary

INPEX is seeking an experienced Operations Representative based in Perth to be the operational voice of the asset within the OSC, connecting offshore priorities with people across the organisation. The role involves safeguarding safe, reliable and efficient production while balancing safety, reliability and production outcomes.

You'll collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Technical Support teams, influence priorities across LNG assets, and travel occasionally to onshore and offshore

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore oil and gas operations.
• Ability to communicate priorities clearly with multiple teams.
• Strong safety, reliability and production mindset.
• Willingness to travel to onshore and offshore facilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent offshore asset needs within the OSC.
• Provide situational awareness to support decision-making.
• Build relationships across Operations, Engineering and Maintenance.
• Communicate risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Support production optimisation and reliability outcomes.
• Drive cross-team coordination and issue management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational support.
