Job summary

INPEX Corporation in Perth is seeking a Graduate Corporate Affairs Advisor to support stakeholder engagement, regulatory submissions and RAP commitments. You will assist in preparing consultation materials, maintain records and contribute to culturally aware community relations.

The role targets final year undergraduates or recent graduates in communications or public affairs, with strong writing, organisation and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Be in final year of studies or have graduated in last 12 months in communications, public relations, public affairs or related degree.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in stakeholder engagement, Aboriginal Affairs, reconciliation and community relations.
• Ability to work across multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills for professional correspondence, records and reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management, tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support consultation activities with external stakeholders to support regulatory submissions and project delivery objectives.
• Assist in preparation and delivery of consultation materials, stakeholder correspondence and regulatory reports.
• Maintain accurate stakeholder and consultation records.
• Assist in implementing INPEX's RAP commitments, tracking actions and coordinating events.
• Contribute to development of culturally appropriate engagement materials and awareness initiatives.
• Support data analysis, reporting and record management using Excel and other tools.
